We purchased a ring at Lugos jewelry, operated by Carlos Lugo. The ring is tanzanite and diamond purchased on January 2, 2019 the first diamond was missing on January 5, 2019 and subsequently 4 more stones have fallen out . I have contacted Carlos via email and he initially responded to indicate he was “working “ on problem but have not received correspondence regarding statue since January 20, 2019 . I realize that this store is not a Sanctioned Royal Caribbean store, but I would strongly suggest that future passengers be forewarned that this establishment is not reputable. Would I visit Cozumel again? NO!!
