Review summary

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We were impressed with the Symphony although we vacationed on the Harmony last year. There were more than enough activities on the ship to enjoy. From the entertainment to the food. If you cannot find something to do on this ship then there is something wrong with you and not the ship. Just remember to treat the workers the same way you will want to be treated.

Your services were top notch. JOSHUA, head waiter, went above and beyond our expectations. Our every needs were met. Our family thinks Joshua is an asset to Royal Caribbean and he should be recognized for his work ethics. He has a job to do but he does it with a great attitude. SYED, was our waiter also and he was a person who understood our needs and he excelled at it. He did his job with such ease and with a smile. We could not have asked for a better person. He should be commended. Melody and Eduard were great serving my family also. They were such good workers. They tended to our every needs and on time and with a smile as always. Raj and Inshan in the Worderland were excellent. We were impressed with the service and food. Keith Christmas, our room service person. was excellent at his job. Our rooms were done neatly and cleanly. With a smile as usual. We hope these workers will be treated fairly and commended for their jobs well done.
