Review summary
DO NOT take room B620 or a room next to it because you are under the room service kitchen and will hear things rolling and banging above you all night. Customer service on board will do nothing all I got from them was "too bad -nothing we can do". If three ships are in port of Vancouver plan on a 3 hour plus wait to get on board because they only use the normal staff that only handles 1 ship. It shows that they care more about money than passengers. So get there early around 11am and then you have only 1 hour or so wait. This was a voyage of the glaciers but this captain didn't want to get near the glaciers. Hubbard glacier he stayed 10-15 miles away and you could only see less than 1/2 the glacier at a far distance. Glacier Bay he got only as close to see half the glacier.

Ship tip
We were booked for the fixed dinning but when we got on-board they had changed us to anytime dining. That worded out well for us because we go there when it opened and there wasn't much of a line.Later (around 6:30) had longer lines and wait times.
