Review summary
We enjoyed the full service on the cruise ship. Staff were very accommodating. My sister and brother in law renewed their vows. The captain (Stephen Rivera) took all of us up the bridge for pictures. It was awesome!! We enjoyed all the on board entertainment. They had educational as well as entertaining activities. The excursions were great! We enjoyed the Rainforest hike and the crab feast in Ketchikan and the whale watching in Juneau. .The land portion was seamless in transportation and handling of luggage. We enjoyed the train ride. It didn't seem like 5 hours. Our tour guide was Pam and she was funny and educational. She made the trip interesting. The wilderness tour of Denali was the low point. We couldn't see Denali due to weather and all we did was drive around the wilderness in a school bus. The tour guides seemed to be pressed to entertains us on the trip. I wouldn't recommend this excursion but it came with the packages. Overall, I highly recommend this cruise ship and this itinerary.
