Cruise had more nature options than any of our past cruises which was great. There was lots of beautiful countryside to see and walk thru. Some of the ports had very little / nothing to see and should have been skipped.
Embarkation

The agent (Jennifer Martin) was asked twice to confirm the port in Buenos Aires and once provided the WRONG port and their second time did not reply. We went to the WRONG port based upon inaccurate information

There were more than usual performers brought in from shore which for the most part were excellent.
Service and Staff

Our butler (Abhi) and housekeeper (Elena) took very good care of us. Abhi was our best butler in the last 5 Oceania Owner suite cruises.

This is our 5th Owner Suite with Oceania and the site had been upgraded and was very nicely done. Very comfortable.
Ship tip
Very nice to see so many employees from our last cruise on Nautica on the Sirena. Owner’s suites should not have to pay a wine corkage fee. The casino had zero energy which was unfortunate and I missed having the sea day Texas holdem tournament.
We spent 4 days before the cruise in BA which was nice to visit and see. Good walking city. We walked the Avenue de Mayo and were able to enjoy the Cafe Tortoni among many other things. We did not do a Oceania excursion
The beach visit was nice as was this upscale vacation city. We did the Oceania Highlights & Classic Car excursion. This was our 3rd car excursion with Oceania from past cruises but this “car museum” was a waste of time and should not have been offered.
INteresting to see the Falkland Islands and understand it’s history. Penguins were great and we did he Oceania Bluff Cove Lagoon Penguin Safari excursion.
We did the Oceania Voyage to the Past excursion. The Nao Victoria ship (Ferdababd Magellan ship) tour was very interesting. The Salesian Museum was ok but not many “treasures” to see or view.
We did the Oceania Patagonia Nature in depth excursion which was excellent. Very nice walk thru the forest and seeing the waterfall. Entertainment at lunch was very good.
We were on the OCeania Osorno Volcano Petrohue falls excursion. Great sightseeing along the way. Volcano and falls were very picturesque and beautiful.
We did the Oceania Chilean Spirit Wine excursion which was great. VERY GOOD wines that we purchased. The rodeo and lunch were excellent. Great show. Very nice people. Food was terrific. Overall a very good stop.
We did the Oceania Elqui Valley excursion. This was a long drive and not much to see. After 1.5 hour drive we got a very small taste of Pisco at a Pisco factory and stopped at a small square both which were nothing special.
Very easy. We disembarked early (06:45) so we had to handle our own luggage which Oceania should figure out especially since we were in the Owner’s suite. We were able to get our butler (Abhi who was TERRIFIC) to help us out.
