Review summary

Boat and most of crew — great. Terrible on services for old people. No options on getting up and down the long and steep ramps for the excursions. No shuttle bus to get you to your tour options.

Great waitresses and waiters. Butler did not deliver.

Clean and well maintained. But ship was new also.

Ask for king, but got 2 twins.

Ship tip

Don’t expect any help with excursions. When you get off gangplank, you are on your own. No one there to tell you which direction to go. Terrible, on other cruise boats ,there are people there to guide you. Also, on other cruise lines, there is shuttle bus to help get you around. After asking Silversea’s for help to get up long steep ramps; they said no.
