AA was awful in handling a broken seat. The entire experience, ship, staff, food was deteriorated from the last time we used Regent.

Review summary
In short, Regent overall experience has deteriorated sine the last cruise and ship we were on. We have taken Crystal, with a far better ship and level of onboard facilities, trained and caring staff and quality of dining. Having also cruised on Oceania, supposedly a tier down from Regent, the overall experience was about the same, at a lower cost. Ninety-Five percent of passengers were in lower coast cabins than a Seven seas Suite, yet we couldn't get a decent seat in Compass Rose or any other recognition throughout the ship as a premier level passenger. The value for the premium prices is not there.Embarkation
