Needed to send food back several times in all restaurants because it was served barely warm. The chef did talk with us. We'd heard others rave about Regent meals, so were underwhelmed

Our stateroom staff were wonderful. Depended upon the time and day. Staff would walk by table without responding. Just not as friendly as other cruise lines
