I thought this was a very costly cruise when I booked it but after experiencing the way Regent runs
Their cruises , the quality of the ship, the food and beverage services, the quality of the excursions,
And most importantly the friendliness and attitudes of all of the staff I feel it was worth the cost

Very nice suite. Roomy , nice balcony , very comfortable bed,
Bathroom and walk in closet were very large and well designed
The port is ok but just the nearest to Rome
If going to Rome be sure to book the Roma Express train to Rome
And pre arrange for a private guide if you want to avoid the long
Lines at The Vatican. Do not try to do it on your own.
Gotta say you seem overall pleased which is nice. The ship itself, food, staff and excursions seem to be the most commented cruise aspects and you aced them all. Very nice cruise!
