Review summary

My husband and I had a lovely cruise on Voyager that spanned 10 days and visited France, Spain, Ireland and Wales. The ship, service, food, excursions were all wonderful. My only hesitation for booking with Regent again would be dealing with their Air Services department who don't seem competent to schedule the appropriate time for connecting flights.

Ship tip

We paid extra for the business class which is worth it, however the Air Services department booked our return flights through Paris with no extra time for delays. We literally had to run to our gate so we wouldn't miss our plane. If we were to use them again, we would insist upon better planning.

Thanks for the review, sounds like a great cruise!  Sometimes we book our own air (usually with miles) and sometimes we use cruise line air, so we’ll keep this in mind.
