Fabulous Cruise

Sail Date: October 09, 2010

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Room Type: Balcony

Regent Mariner is a first class ship, beautifully run by a well trained staff.

Pros: The all-in pricing including drinks and tips; the freedom to dine whenever we desired.

Cons: Given the above, it was difficult to meet people at first until we asked to share a table.

Recommends Seven Seas Mariner? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Wished there was a tub.
Ship Quality
It was hard to realize that there was 700 passengers on board. There was never a crowd. This is a great size ship
Food and Dining
Dining at our leisure was an excellent thing. Early seatings are too early and late seatings are too late. This is not an issue on Regent.
Service and Staff
Excellent friendly service at all times
Well done for this size ship
Santorini, Greece
One of the most beautiful places we have ever seen.

Olbia, Sardinia
Istanbul, Turkey
The overview tour tried to cover too much but there is so much to see.
Don't Miss: Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Ciragan Palace
La Goulette (Tunis & Carthage), Tunisia

Don't Miss: The ruins at Carthage. The visit to the US Military Cemetary
Mykonos, Greece

Don't Miss: The ride and the homes; almost as nice as Santorini

Don't Miss: Ephesus.
Valletta, Malta

Don't Miss: The Church of St. John
