Our cruises on Regent are exceptional, no matter the itinerary. We usually never go on excursions or even get off the ship at ports because we just love the ship and the ambiance. Definitely an upgrade from Seabourn and Cunard. Looking forward to our next Regent cruise.

Covid-Omicron cancelled ports availability and we had to wear masks onboard. Crew was very nice but there had been some covid infections (1or2 a day) in the crew, but that affected the number that were quarantined for safety. I respected the level of safety protocols put in place and maintained. This is a first class cruise line in every way. We were able to relax, enjoy all the wonderful things they do. The onboard orchestra was fabulous and the violinist Katerina Rosso was absolutely incredible.

The ship experience was like staying at a floating five star hotel with several five star restaurants with lots of optional activities. Will definitely do another Regent cruise once Covid gets under control. Still too much uncertainty about access to foreign ports

In view of covid there were restrictions on ports and independent visits, but overall the ship coped very well

Be sure you wish to spend your vacation time with a lot of tipsy or drunken and a much older and disabled group of passengers. Their COVID protocols leave much to be desired. They need someone who knows what they are doing. Testing is not sufficient as the only safeguard. The food is above average and some of the dining spaces are very nice and comfortable. Some very great service, but a lot of language issues leading to poor service in general.

Great Cruise, great food, great ship will sail again on Seven Seas.

This was a wonderful and unique experience. It was the first cruise for the ship in over 16 months. The CEO of Regent was on board for the week. The ship was only 50- 60% full, and full COVID-19 precautions were in effect. We were overwhelmed by the quality of the service, but the guest to staff ratio was probably unusual. Our only complaint relates to the excursions. Something was not right. We were on numerous excursions where mobility-challenged passengers were on tours that were completely inappropriate for their abilities. As a result, there was resentment from the rest of us due to delays by those who could not keep up. Physical requirements for excursions must be clear and passengers need to be responsible to follow guidance.

Overall this was a good cruise. A variety of stops ranging from historical to cultural to natural. Particularly loved the volcanic sites.

I was not sure what to expect since I had never been on a Regent cruise or to the Baltic Sea. I was overwhelmed with both. The ship and the staff are unbelievable and I really can’t begin to describe the experience. The food and drink are 5 star at every meal. The service is great and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. All of the ports are great except Berlin which I think you can skip if you are on the cruise. If you go to Moscow be ready for an 18 hour day that is worth the time.

Regent is top tier line and the Explorer is an awesome ship.

Very luxurious! Staff was super friendly. A highlight was dinner with a couple of the cast members. Typically had table for meals with a window view. Frequently played trivia game at 4:30 and formed a very fun group. Enjoyed the daily Mensa quiz also.

GM Massimo was quite offensive to my bride & another couple in separate incidents. There is sadly a corporate & Explorer culture of rigid rule following over delighting guests. He decided to not let me board even though we all knew I'd have my e-visa the day after sailing, 13 days before arriving in Rio & with 3 ports in between I could disembark in if visa didn't come through. Ruined 1st 3 days of our 15th anniversary cruise, as I had to remain in Cape Town & fly to the 2nd port.

This was our third trip on Explorer and it was every bit as good as the others. The food, service and staff make sure nothing is missed in making your experience special. The staff make an effort to know you and the smaller ship allows you to meet other guests too. We will definitely be back.

Luxury all the way! Enjoyed our cruise. Hotel in Barcelona was a bit busy.

This is the best ship we have ever cruised on out of five cruises. Not only is it beautiful, but the service and food was top of the line. Highly recommend the ship and this cruise.

overall good cruise. But a few things could have been better. We had asked for "Harmless Harvest " Coconut water in the cabin. I understand that it is a more expensive than the other brands. You provided some other brand of coconut water which was not drinkable. Why did you not fulfill a simple request? It does not cost a fraction of the cost of the alcohol you provide to your guests. The fitness person Marko was very good. But he had the day off two days out of the ten days of our cruise. SO no classes for two days. Could you not have an assistant to carry on the classes?

Exceeded our high expectations. Not a party ship but lots to do. The food was fabulous and the ship was incredible. Did some tours but also took time to visit some ports on our own, The free laundry service is a plus. When they say “all inclusive”they are pretty much correct as we left the ship with a bill of $63.00. WiFi is somewhat spotty and needs improvement.

The cruise was excellent. We had an amazing time and the ship was fantastic. The state rooms were well appointed and elegant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Regent is by far the best of the best. Ive been on Seaboure and Silver Seas and they dont rate has high as Regent.

Setting the clocks ahead 6 times in 14 nights was tough. Next time we will go from East to West. Overall we really enjoyed the cruise. The entertainment on Regent has really improved.
