Not for this ship specifically, but for travelling in general... pack your patience. Things don't move at the speed we were accustomed to before the pandemic. I hope we get back there someday. But in the meantime be patient and kind.

Either get off the ship first or wait until last. Disembarkation was total chaos, wall to wall people with no social distancing.

Serenade is a great ship. Research to ensure it's the right class of ship for your expectations. I cruise for ocean views versus bells and whistles so I'll enjoy most ships that have ample dining options.

Bring your mask. Sometimes staff want you to wear it while ordering drinks or grabbing towels. It totally depended on the staff member.

Schooner bar is fantastic...do not miss it. So many awesome things to enjoy on this smaller ship. Definitely try the sangria at Vintages. YUM!!

Just remember to be courteous and give priority to wheelchairs or disabled guests,especially on the elevators!

You must be COVID-19 vaccinated to enter some areas. Signs posted “Area for vaccinated guests only.” Vaccinated guests separated from non-vaccinated guests in all areas. Strong face mask enforcement. No casino if NOT vaccinated. Also have wrist band to designate vaccinated. Thank you RCI!

The Schooner bar is the place to be. Many events are there or at the Safari, which is connected. Also, Roger in the Schooner was my favorite server in the whole ship.
