Food and Dining

We did the main dining room 3 of the 4 nights. It was wonderful. Food and service was great. Breakfast was great in Windjammer. We did the Chef's Table and Taste of Royal. We highly recommend them! The food was spectacular. Service to match.

Onboard Activities

The Solarium was so peaceful. We watched a movie under the stars on the big screen. Very enjoyable. Taste of the Caribbean drink special at the R bar was great. The bar tender made 6 different drinks from around the Caribbean while giving history about the drink.

Entertainment

We went to the show that had tap and dance along with drums. Was energetic.

Children's Programs

No children with us.

Service and Staff

Service in main dining room was very good. Seemed short staffed. Glenville our room steward was very pleasant. The head of the bar service department did the Taste of the Caribean class and she was very accomadating and personable.

Ship Quality

Smaller ship but packed full of things to do. Even had billiards. Everything was clean. Constantly being cleaned and reminded to wear mask and wash/sanitize hands.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

This was our first time in an inside cabin in 28 years. Was adequate for our needs. Great spot on the ship by the Centrum. Easy access to elevators.

Ship tip

If you have the opportunity, take advantage of the Taste of Royal and The Chef's Table.
