Nice quick getaway, I recommend always including a stop at Coco Cay.

Cruise is reasonable and enough time to enjoy the boat- very smooth and everyone on board was friendly and happy!

Everything went well, staff treated us great. The boat is no mega ship but we had a great time! Casino was especially nice to us.

We love this ship and this itinerary. Great for a weekend getaway.

The cruise was good shared with family. The main concern was the photography or photographer. He didn't take the time or have the patience to tell us to smile. Our pictures would have been so much better if he had took the time to tell our granddaughter to smile.

The 5 day cruise was relaxing. We did not particularly enjoy Costa Maya or Cozumel shopping. The shop keepers were way too pushy. It they would back off and let a person look they would probably sell more. We did take the trolley tour in Cozumel, not real impressed.

The cruise was fantastic. No need to improve anything, except for the first show, titled Screen to Stage, or something like that. We didn't recognize many of the songs, and a few of them were definitely not kid friendly. We were told almost 1/4 of the passengers were kids, so kind of weird that this would not be considered when putting a show together during an early time. Besides that, everything was great!

Cruise was ok until I couldn’t get in the pool when I wanted because it was shut down, food was cold, staff discriminating against you, room was so small.

This was my first cruise with royal Caribbean and everything was perfect. Didn't have one issue and the staff was amazing that if there was an issue I know it would be resolved asap. The ship wasn't packed like I assumed so going on a half empty cruise was amazing. Never was a line never had to wait and always was seating and eat access to the bar

Was relaxing, the staff was more than wonderful, fun, friendly. The rooms are small and the entertainment in Theatre was mid level and the Centrum was too small for the amount of people on the ship

There are many positives in this cruise but was ruined by the Key package which disappointed my wife and I. Instead of having a relaxing cruise, we got stressed out because rccl keeps on charging us for food room service which clearly stated on the description as free. The 1st guest services staff told me that the promo I bought did not include the free room service food delivery. To which I told Kumar that if you buy a shirt from a department store the store will not take out buttons because I bought it on sale. I expect to get the product that I bought and Kumar took care of the issue.

We had a great time on the Serenade of the Seas! The crew was friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to have passengers on board. The theater showers were the after dinner highlight! With the ship size, five nights was perfect!

Traveled with two other couples and had a great time

Overall very good cruise. The only thing missing we never got the paper showing the activity of the day
