Review summary
The solarium staff was very rude. The loyalty concierge had no idea what he was doing. The food was so bad that I will no longer book Royal Caribbean. Two nights on the new menu are disgusting, Mexican night is the worst followed by Italian night. The only thing on the menu is dried up chicken parmigiana and bolognese. I went to the very crowded Windjammer for pasta and meatballs. Very few eat dinner in the Windjammer usually, when you can’t find a table in the Windjammer on Mexican and Italian night, why wouldn’t they fix the problem. Customer loyalty is a thing of the past with Royal CaribbeanEmbarkation
