I have to eat Gluten Free and the staff worked very hard to make sure I could get what I wanted to eat. I have never had any organization work so hard to make sure I was happy. The food is excellent!!

Absolutely everyone was so kind, polite, and welcoming. Our room steward Alba is such a wonderful person! Our room was always immaculate. Her personality is so amazing and she always made us feel good. Our head waiter Boy is a gem! You are so lucky to have him. He and Symsul were always attentive and willing to do anything within their power to help us. Bassem always brought me the next nights menu so I could pick what I wanted to eat gluten free.
The 4x4 Rain forest safari was fantastic. Greg and Joseph were bery knowledgeable about the area, the animals, and the vegetation. I highly recommend this excursion.
