Review summary

Royal Caribbean does well to empower their staff to make the patrons happy. They seem to always have enough staff when they need it. You rarely wait for a drink over a couple minutes. The food is good and plenty. The rooms are very clean due to the hard work each day by your attendant. Two negatives of this ship-cruise, the kids pool was rarely open and the main pool video screen kept showing the same 3hour video loop the whole cruise. RC should have a DJ up there or put on music videos. The ship never really seemed crowded which is always nice.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main Dining room good was very good and the staff were spot on.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Rock wall was great fun and Sergi the RC Staffer was very professional. Kids pool was seldom.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows were good with a nice variety. But on the pool deck they just kept playing a dumb 3-hour video loop on the big screen. Rarely a DJ on deck.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My child wanted to go everyday all day.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The Staff on shop especially the service staff are great. Very attentive.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Nice ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Large family room. Full sofa and small alcove/room with a set of bunk beds. If you have 4-5 people in your family this room is great.

Ship tip

Expect the pool to be very busy.

Ports of call

Willemstad, Curacao

Clean and easy to walk around and explore on own. We did a panoramic island your with a few stops. It's worth your time and money.

Oranjestad, Aruba

5 out of 5
Diving was good. Not much at the dock. You have to taxi away to explore.

Kralendijk, Bonaire

5 out of 5
Diving was great. Very pretty island and clean.

Castries, St. Lucia

4 out of 5
The city is congested and unorganized. Very old school feeling of the island and the people seem nice. We hired a taxi for 2hours and visited some spots.

St. John's, Antigua

5 out of 5
Nice little downtown area and it was clean and busy with lots of shops.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
If you have Global Entry it really doesn't matter here, even though they say they have a dedicated line. Kind of a C.F. And it's all stemmed due to the fact of the staffing agency that controls the exit lines. Not well organized.
