Review summary
This cruise ship does not look like its been refurbished. Cruise Director was Horrible. No enthusiasm what so ever and most of the time could not understand him (heavy accent). Lack of activities and poor shows. Horrible service in Dining room, we ate most of the time in the Windjammer which has the same selection of food that is being served in Dining Room. We took this same ship when it was ported in New Orleans and we had a blast and everything was excellent. Also the gentleman discussing the excursions would go from talking about ports to mostly his travels in other areas which did not apply to this cruise. Most of the time he did not make any sense.Embarkation

Don't book Rm 9078. Very loud since its right next to Atrium. Ship does not look like its been refurbish.
