Review summary

Overall it was a good vacation. But for a 10 day cruise the activities onboard were very limited and the port of Martinique was not welcoming. The people were unfriendly and they would not accept US currency.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
The wait time was short.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food in the Winjammer was seemed repetitive but the service was wonderful. Chef Benedict was fantastic!!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Shows in the theater, movies, golf, line dancing and bingo. The shows were a bit cheesy. Would love to have more comedy and magic. Movie theater was too small to accommodate the number of people trying to attend. Bingo was too expensive so did not get enough people for a proper cash prize.

Casino Royale

2 out of 5

The staff was rude and the Black jack and poker tournaments were disorganized.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The shows were below average. The DJs did not play a lot of Caribbean music which I thought was crazy considering it was a Caribbean cruise.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward and dining attendants were fantastic. They made us feel welcomed and at home. Chef Benedict and the wine supervisor, Ursula were wonderful.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was very clean however the layout felt crowded and congested.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin size was very small and the shower was very tight to fit an average sized person. The tv had limited channels and the programs were pre-recorded and played over and over throughout the 1 days.

Ship tip

There needs to be more activities and tv programs especially for the sea days.

4 out of 5
The port was small but the people were friendly.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
