Review summary

Next cruise staff was very rude and unprofessional then spoke with daniel the next day and he was professional but failed to inform us our reservations went to a third party and he did not try to do anything above and beyond to keep our business. Food is very bland no seasoning...need more younger geared activities. Activities were geared toward the 70 year old crowds. Wait staff and room stewards did an amazing job. Jason morgan in the pool bar is an amazing addition to your company very friendly great customer service. Would live someone to contact ke in regards to this review..i then called royal the day we got off the ship to check my next cruise reservations and was on the phone for an hour and 15 mins trying to get it in order...lack of knowledge on royals staff... plz contact me asap thanks Deb

None toward younger crowds. By nine pm everything was done. Schooner bar was good. But again geared toward all older clients

Not a lot for the younger crowd. No bars open after nine around the pool so while watching movies no drinks available. Big screen very old and needs updated. Did not wabt to see the same video clips of stunts for 10 days straight on the big screen. Need more comedy and diff shows.

I had the same issues with the serenade of the seas. Found out it was a training ship. Makes since now. I do my own research before i book now. I learned a lesson. You have to do the research to find what cruiseline or ships will work for you. I always start with the year of the ship. Hope that helps
