Review summary

One of the crew used their master key to let a strange man wrapped in a towel into our stateroom at 2 am while we were asleep.  Cruise ships response was that there needed to be further staff training.

The cruise director Carley B and her staff were excellent. We also saw the Captain all the time. Not sure who was driving the ship.

Yes self defense would be justified. And it's definitely poor training of the crew. Hopefully you went to guest relations and filed a complaint.
