Review summary

You can tell the ship is being updated - all the public areas are newer and its very clean. But the staterooms are old. The linens are old. The drawers and closets are old and hard to open so then you are forced to slam them shut. There are funky smells - sewer smelling-like. The food was good but they need to work on seating and MYTime Dining - that was a nightmare. The crew was great - very nice and helpful. Great trip as far as ports etc. Definitely need more communication though - no one ever had a clue as to what to do or where to go at ports. The gym and spa were great!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
MyTime Dining needs to be nixed. Awful experiences everyday. Not enough choices for dinner in main dining room. Windjammer had better food and selections. Much better staff as well.

Crew was great - especially Victor on floor 8 - stateroom attendant.

Ship Quality

Take it out of service and finish renovations. Too much inconvenience for paying passengers otherwise.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Our staterooms was old. The linens are old. The drawers and closets are old, stinky and drawers/closets hard to open so then you are forced to slam them shut. Beds too low to ground - couldn't even put luggage underneath. Can't hear announcements in room. TV was old and remote - couldn't even read the letters/words on it!

Ship tip

See Gabi from Brazil at the spa! Fantastic! Wait to see what the daily deals are in the spa - worth it! Internet packages are terrible and internet rarely worked. Not worth the money.
