GREAT FOLOW-UP

Sail Date: September 15, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

I LIKED ALL THE REMINDERS I RECEIVED FROM TO COMPLETE PRE-BOARDING INFORMATION.  THE SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.  DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULD NOT GET REFUDS ON OUR SHORE EXCURSIONS AFTER MY HUSBAND HURT HIS BACK.

Cabin / Stateroom
IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND OUR STATEROOM ATTENDANT VERY ACCOMMODATING.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
WE HAD TO LEAVE A DAY EARLY BECAUSE OF MY HUSBAND'S BACK, AAND WE COULDN'T GET SOMEONE TO TAKE OUR LUGGAGE DOWN TO THE DOCK--OUR STATEROOM ATTENDANT WAS WILLING TO HEP. NO TAXI SERVICE FOR OVER AN HOUR.
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
WE COULD NOT PARTICIPATE ON 2 OF THE EXCURSIONS, BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HURT HIS BACK, AND WE COULDN'T GET A REFUND.
Onboard Activities
Entertainment
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
THE BUFFET WAS INEFFICIENT IN REGARDS TO GETTING GLUTEN FREE FOODS, AND I DID NOT LIKE THE BUFFET. THE DININGROOM. HOWEVER WAS GREAT.

Tip

VERY INEFFICIENT ACCOMMODATION FOR THOSE WITH CELIACS DISEASE IN THE BUFFET.
