Review summary

Food was not very good basically the same thing everyday They just switched it everyday so what was for lunch in the windjammer would be dinner the next night! They gave us certain times to arrive on deck 5 to check in to customs, our time was 7:00 am we got there at 6:50 am in hopes to be first in line there were 12 people ahead of us- No problem we stood there for 15 minutes when all of a sudden they brought in a line of 60 people that were either pinnacle members or had suites and allowed them to go ahead of us We were all very angry with that! We said that we are all American citizens and that no USA citizen should have pecedence to move ahead in the customs line no matter what there title is on the ship! It was handled terribly. I asked if the ship was sinking would they make us wait to get on a lifeboat. I've never experienced this before on any ship.

Ship experiences

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was fine but we had them switch out a soft mattress for a firm mattress.
