Review summary
WE were so excited to see Venice, and check something's off our bucket list. This ship needs major updates..with patches on carpets,paint chipping,poor sound proofing..this ship has no promenade so all evening activity is in centrism for all ship, SAW our room attendant three times, and never called us by name,food offered does not compare with others, having to get tickets to leave ship, our gondola ride was a joke..with the gondalier not speaking, and when giving instructions was rude and sharp with riders,,we had an excusion from Tonlon,France that the guide did not speak English very well...gave us no map or info.....left us with directions " meet me at the roundabout...this meaning a carousal ride, pointed out dental school,pharmacy school,hospital???????This was not worth value..not our best experience, and we take 1-2 cruises a year..never been this disappointed in any RC cruise.
