Good cruise; no-so-great excursions

Sail Date: January 19, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Room Type: Inside

Nice ship; good staff services.

Pros: Ship quality and service levels were great.

Cons: Excursions (especially the San Juan Rainforest excursion on the last day) sometimes leave little time at places visited, and a couple of the guides just hurried us along (and wasted time, instead, taking us to their "favorite" shops).

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!

Food and Dining
Good; but can use a bit more varieties.
Cabin / Stateroom
Nicely designed.
Entertainment
Some of the entertainment programs don't have enough originality for the dancers/singers' talents.
Ship Quality
Service and Staff
