the ship and crew were great. ship was a little wron but still very nice.

First cruise as an adult and was very impressed. Not a single complaint. Perfect service room and food. Defiantly worth the price. Had coffee delivered to room each morning. Felt like a queen. Don't have to eat between certain times as there is always something on offer...so I didn't overdo it. Best time ever for relaxation and rejuvenation.

p The Sea Princess is an older ship andneeded some sprucing up. There seemed to be alot of work being done while we were sailing. They were replacing carpets in the halls and painting alot. I know that they need to keep up with the repairs but it seemed like everything was being done at once. p Our room steward was awesome everyone in our group loved him and even left him an extra tip! I just wish the rest of the ship#39;s staff was asgreat. I felt the the dining room staff was constantly hurrying us to finish and move on. There wasn#39;t much personal service, we were on the last Alaska cruise of the seasonI was told by several staff members that they just wanted the cruise to end so they could leave for Australia. p The food was good but I felt the buffet was predictable. We didn#39;t have much variety and the desserts were beautiful to look at but didn#39;t taste the best. p The bright side, we got some awesome photos and he beauty of Alaska did help with any negativity we felt about the cruise and the fact that the cruise is roundtrip locally out of San Francisco was a positive for all of us.

It took 5 days to get a table reservation, and that was due to passengers helping us, not the crew.It took multiple calls to pursars desk to get the TV some attention, it was never fixed correctly, and except for the advertisements for the ships products, most channels would not 'come in'The wait stafff seemed to be all in training, it took almost 2 1/2 hours to get dinner one evening.Cleaning was very spotty, the Cruise director helped a friend of ours get their cabin cleaned, ours was never was.This was a cruise in May 2011, & this time should be avoided in future, perhpas later in the season things will be better.

The ship was wonderful! Always clean, everyone that worked in the different areas of the ship were extrememly friendly. Our room was kept immaculate. The shows were great. The selection of food was good. Our dinner waiters were fantastic- super friendly, had our coffee and milk on the table each night when we arrived, made sure everything was satisfactory. If it wasn't they took care of it right away.

We recxently cruised to Alaska on Sea Princess in a balcony room. We were mostly satisfied with all aspects of the ship. One drawback was with anytime dining there is only one dining room for that and we had a wait sometimes. You can't make reservations unless you are with a party of 6 which we were not. The buffet was good and had a variety of food available at all times.

Top notch. Would recommend this cruise to all.

The best vacation that we have ever had. All staff aboard this ship where very courteous and top notch service. I would recommend this ship to everyone.

The ship, staff, programs and food all were excellent. What turned out to be a cruise of a lifetime turned out to be absolutely awful because the people in our neighboring stateroom were chain smokers and this smoke prevented us from using our outside balcony. We would have been better off with a non-balcony room. Why can't the ship have smoking room segregated from non-smoking rooms just as hotels. Also, these smokers got rid of their ashes by letting them fall off the side of the ship. This is extremely dangerous. The pursing staff did nothing to help us with this problem.

The ship missed two of the scheduled destinations, one of which was very important to me. So they get a C for getting me to where I wanted to go. The cabin was directly over one of the bars which was very loud, so I could not sleep until sometimes as late as 1:30am. Many of the shore excursions were cancelled, and scheduling other excursions was difficult because the shore excursion office was open for such short periods of time.

An over all unorganized disaster. The nightly entertainment was boring and repetative. The pursers desk were rude and non accommodating. We started our cruise on Saturday and by Monday we were very disappointed

The Sea Princess is a great smaller ship to have a relaxed time. The crew were very pleasant, the schedule just what I wanted, and the ship just the right size to have options of places to be without being overwhelming. Because of the season, some of our tours got moved at the last minute from afternoon to morning, but the tour office was understanding when that didn't fit what we wanted. All of the tours we were on were good, and I was particularly impressed that the drivers were very safe and cautious. Princess has also really streamlined the embarkation process so it is no longer a hassle. Disembarkment remains a hassle

We love Princess, this is our 3rd cruise with them, but the ship was old and needed a lot of repairs, evidently this ship was going in dry dock when we disembarked.

I would recommend this ship. Being a smaller ship, the cabins were smaller than previous ships we've been on. Dining room staff was excellent, food was excellent, and are cabin steward was excellent. Now for the bad news. Pursers Desk personnal and belive it or not some of the cruise director staff appeared to be totally disintrested in there jobs.

The ship was OK. Overall, it was a good, but we liked Royal Carribean ships better.

Have been on other cruises and this was not what was expected. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This was our 5th Princess cruise, we do a family vacation every year and have been on this or the sister boats a lot since we pick the same month to cruise. Things are getting worse every year, looks like it is time to find a new family tradition. Also the airfare through Princess is now so limited you get the worst flights for the highest price. Make your own airfare reservations.

smoky, dirty lack of attention to detail!!!!

The ship from the outside looked magnificent. The staff on board was not helpful or knowledgeable about majority of things. the rooms were small ( on the interior) if you make a queen size bed don't expect any moving room. there was little places to sit outside. The ship stunk of smoke ( by both the passengers and the crew) The ship was clearly outdated. The ship broke and they cancelled the cruise so we didn't get a honeymoon and our response from Princess was well you get $400 off another one and they just waned us off the ship. No consern for the passengers ruined holiday

The ship was well run, and the captain and crew are to be highly commended. The entertainment was quite good also and I would gladly recommend this ship and the 14 day cruise to anyone.
