Definitely a different cruise line. Very relaxing trip, excellent food on board.

An adults only cruise is intriguing. But the passengers on this boat made it unpleasant

The beach club at Bimini is wonderful. Whether you have a cabana or not.

We enjoyed the Virgin Voyages so much, that we rebooked while we were on board. It's a totally different experience than any other cruise line that we have been on. The atmosphere was very upbeat yet laid back. No photographers in your face, no standing in line to get dinner and there was plenty to do if you chose to do do.

We have waited for this cruise for a long time. Finally it happened. It was worth the wait

This was our first time trying Virgin Voyages and it made us want to never cruise another line. We usually cruise based on the itinerary and stay away from sea days. We're all about the ports and would typically not book a cruise to the Bahamas and DR. But Virgin was so fantastic that we did not care one bit about the itinerary. We would have been happy with no ports at all! And that's not something I would ever say about a ship. They really blew me away and made the other cruise lines look bad.

We are officially hooked on Virgin! It’s truly a game changer. Try everything and have the best time!

Perfect cruise adventure for my husband and myself. We were able to truly relax and just get away from life for 5 wonderful days. I enjoyed everything this ship has to offer. We sailed at 50% capacity which probably spoiled us. Everything we ate was excellent. Staff were attentive. The shows we caught were fantastic. Most of our time was spent lounging and just relaxing though.

Great cruise, excellent crew. The food is top quality and the entertainment is unique. Highly recommend.

My overall experiences was very positive. I like the decor and the feel of the ship, although the layout was a bit confusing and hard to maneuver.

Love the Band, made room entry easy and for ordering drinks. App was a pain. Always crashing. Could not use it to order food or drinks. Have to use App to make restaurant and show reservations.

It feels like Virgin Voyages is trying to straddle the line between a mainstream cruise line like Royal Caribbean, and a luxury adults-only line like Seaborn or Oceania, but for a lot less. Overall, I enjoyed my cruise on the Scarlet Lady and would probably cruise with Virgin Voyages again, granted they fix all the annoying minor isssues.

Enjoyed ourselves a lot. It was nice to not feel like we had to do something every minute of the day. The vibe of the ship is laid back and easy going. This was by far the best cruise I’ve been on. Looking forward to our next one.

Cons: Problems with app, massage price were steep and I felt that it should include use of the spa for the day or at least a few hours. I had an excellent massage but unfortunately the experience was hampered by the fact that the therapist spoke through out the entire time I was there. I could not relax and enjoy her excellent work. There was one guy in the gym on our first morning there who we asked about where we can find water. He did not once take his eyes off of his phone to even acknowledge that we were speaking to him. Poor customer service on his part, but thankfully an isolated incident. All other staff we met were wonderful and helpful. Pros: Room attendants were outstanding. The food/drinks is the highlight of this ship for me. Healthy, clean eating, yet delicious options. So many options. Entertainment was different but very enjoyable. Found lots of activities to keep us busy. We were never bored. The ship is gorgeous and very easy. The bartenders, entertainment staff, and blues singer were fantastic. You can make this cruise whatever you choose...romantic, partying, quie, relaxing lounging, etc.....it all exist in this one ship. You must visit Bimini. My favorite island by far. I loved every aspect of it. Also there are plenty of seating and food is great. I love that they had food available well into the evening. We left around 5pm so I am not sure for how long it lasts. Truly appreciated the late night snacks: popcorn. Staying active is very easy and fun on this ship. Exceptional gym/VHS class. Never saw anyone use outdoor gym equipment though. Love that the loot (tab) can be used for more than just the bar and specialty coffee/juices. It helped offset the cost for the final bill for us. Especially since we invested in upgrading internet for streaming. As well as splurged on spa services. I do wish that I could have had access to the specialty drinks that I only found at the wake and test kitchen at other bars in the ship. The cocktails there were my favorites. Room attendants immediate oriented us to room and were available to answer questions. The ship was not at capacity so we had no issues seeing all the shows that we wanted. Four days was not enough time to sample all the great food. My husband truly appreciated the fact that they broadcasted a football game that he had really wanted to see on our tv in our room. Thank you to the staff that gave us that tidbit of information. Be mindful that a staff might invite you to a secret party.... so take advantage:) Wish: Would like a comedy show. I worry if there be sufficient space/time slots for everyone to see the shows (they are outstanding). Recommend: People should keep reading reviews, Virgin Voyages appears to be making constant changes to improve guests' experience. For instance my embarkation, testing and disembarkation was a breeze. The fastest/easiest experience I ever had on a cruise ship. The app has sooo much information on it that helped guide us. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this ship and are planning to return in 2022. Loved it.

Overall this was one of the best cruises I've ever been on. The ship is beautiful, the staff are helpful and seem happy to be there, and the food and drinks are beyond expectation. We were never bored and constantly impressed by the entertainment options. I will absolutely be back.

I didn't want this to be a non stop party but I expected that there would be a party option and that they would understand that with the majority demographic being 40-50 year old we weren't going to be crazy about techno music. They just didn't have any options for folks wanting to have a good time. The entertainment staff seemed to have more fun they the sailors did.
