Dining rooms felt alright.
Buffets not so good. No cleanliness. Passengers did not comply with hand washing and it was not enforced upon them.
Norwegian cruise line personnel stands by the entrance as well to spray hands for those who do not want to wash the hands.
Waiters use to same hands to pick up dirty dishes and then to serve next passengers drinks with same hands.
Servers do not have wash basin to wash their hands where they take the dirty dishes to dispose off. Every time they pick up dirty dishes, they need to use gloves if they cannot wash the hands.
Drinks should be served with clean hands with clean gloves.
Best things would be to have a server serve the food at the serving stations. This way the handles are not dirty by those who do not wash hands,
When a passenger in front of me did not wash hands, I brought it to one attendant's notice that the passenger in front of me did not wash hands, I was told that I can tell that person to wash the hands because he cannot do anything if passenger does not want to wash the hands,. He did not even ask that person to wash the hands when passed by.

Smokey of course due to cigar smokers. But the the cruise bar tender person working behind the bar is exposed to smoke which is against the law.There should be a separate bar with order placed by passenger and bar tender is behind the glass not exposed to smoke. It is a health hazards to that bar tender.

Handrails should be cleaned every 30 minutes or more often as everyone is touching them going up and down.

The twin mattress was uncomfortable as it was tilted on one side. I found myself sliding to the side so did my sister. And we are average size people.
Mattress was not comfortable as I have known sleep mattress for princess in past. Supposed to be the best but it was not this time. I am a platinum member and I have used these mattresses before.
Ship tip
Infection control. Almost 50% or more were sick with flu and cold so there must be something done about this to circulate the clean air in cabins and outside. Pillows to be plastics which can be washed before new passengers comes in since many are coughing on the same pillows.as t be some thing done about this to control this.
Very humid. Disorganized port info. No one to guide once dropped by the shuttle as where to go and got caught in with harassed by tuk tuks who cheated us with money. Charged more than other passengers.

There was always a crew member at each end of the buffet to tell people to wash their hands.
