Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room was a huge let down, not just one night but every night we ate there! Maitre D was very rude, very un accommodating and most nights would take our waiter to go and serve another table and not come back. One night we sat and waited over 30 minutes between starter and mains!! Upon complaining the Maitre D said well what do you expect? There were 8 on our table and we all agreed the food was very fatty, sometimes cold, and unappetising. One night it was southern fried chicken, and it was served in a plain white bowl with soggy chips, KFC serve better. The food however upstairs in the buffet restaurant was totally different in contrast. It was always hot, tasty and a very good choice no matter what time of day you went up there.

Entertainment

Amazing entertainment all week long. We had Gok Wan on our cruise and he really is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. He would stop and chat to anyone and was always happy to have his picture taken. He did give a talk in the theatre and this was very interesting. Gareth Gates is as another one on board and he too was another lovely guy. The cruise ship entertainment team were out of this world. Never in all my years of cruising have my hubby and I ever gone and watched the same show twice, they really were in a class of their own. I hope to see there guys on another Princess ship somewhere in the not to distant future

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
98% of ALL staff were polite, pleasant and nothing was to much trouble for any of them. Our cabin steward was really nice and he couldn’t do enough for you.

Cabin / Stateroom

The beds were really comfortable as were pillows. The size of tea the room wasn’t an issue for us either. What we did like was having a fridge and a kettle to be able to make a cuppa when we wanted.
