Total disappointment!!! The cruise line had sold large amount of cabins to a group of uneducated people. Some of them acted like scavengers!! Inconsiderate for others. It was the worst cruise experience we had ever had!!

The evening shows were boring!! We usually look forward to these shows on cruises, but there's not even 1 show on the cruise that we can consider "nice". Total disappointment!!
The cruise director was a joke! We had such a hard time understanding 1/2 of the things he says. Not to mentioned the way he presented, watching and listening to his port of call video on TV was a sure way to put you to sleep!

This would've been an nice area to relax but every single day there's issues with a group of rude, inconsiderate people consistently. Just ruins the whole experience.
The indoor pool had mold and gross black stuff growing on many area. Water drips from over head....gross!!!

OMG, there's barely any staff service all around the ship! No waiter services in any of the pool area, NOT even once!!

Unbelievable!!!!!The theater was all worn down!!! Torn chairs with holes, broken arm rests, gaps in between steps and torn carpet which is a dangerous. We actually saw an older gentlemen fell because he trip over the torn carpet. Almost roll down the steps!! We have pictures to proof all these.

I think most of the calls on this cruise in very misleading!! Every port you've advertised is far away from the actual port the ship docked. We had to spend time & money in order to get to the port you've advertised and sometimes, there's not even enough time to do it, like HOI CHI MING City. It's 2-3 hours away each way! How do you expect us to get there back & forth and have enough time to actually enjoys the city within a 10 hrs limit when 5-6 hours is stuck on the road!!!!
Good point @theurmstonpele. There are rude people everywhere, but the cruise lines can’t discriminate based on rudeness. Sorry this happened, but I don’t think it’s fair to blame it on the ship. 🍸
I'm not sure that the behavior of the guests are the fault of the cruise line. Are you suggesting each passenger be vetted before being allowed on board?
Had a bunch of students from Virgina Tech on my Freedom of the seas cruise on March of 2016. Couldn't get any lounge chairs on the deck and forget about the hot tubs. Quite annoying indeed
