Princess offers a great cruise and we have always had a great time.

We are first time cruisers and we had an amazing time. The staff were above par, all of them! The shopping on the ship was excellent and hard to resist. My husband loved the casino! We loved the shows every night something new. The food was so good and so fancy expensive! My husband had the premium drink package and I had the soda package. We are already looking to book our next cruise....... can't wait to retire and do this all the time!!

My 20th cruise, but first on Princess. I'm not sure I'd rush back for a few reasons. One, there loyalty program is terrible IMO. My mom is a platinum member and got almost nothing for it other than a special check in line, which was no faster than the normal line. Two, the price Princess quoted was more than through . Oh, she did get 150 minutes of free Internet!

Third time on the Ruby and it continues to have the best services and entertainment. Food was excellent. Had a great time!

This was a great family cruise. The entire staff were friendly and great at their jobs. The food was excellent.

Overall experience was fine. However, I sailed Ruby Princess in 2013 and I noticed that the furniture in the Horizon Buffett is still the same old one and it showed I..e., tattered & soiled fabric on chairs, scratched wood trim etc. The only visible updates were the hallway carpeting. The room carpeting was soiled. The wait staff was excellent, especially. In the international cafe which in my opinion has the best food. The excursions were wonderful except for Ensenada city tour...T

Always a wonderful voyage. The ship is beautiful and the staff and crew always exceed our dreams and expectations! Voyages aboard Princess are always memorable. Renews the soul...

We had a fantastic time and are already planning our next cruise. Next time it will be with our kids!

Times in port at Ketchikan and Victoria were too short.

The scenery in Alaska was amazing. The cruise food was excellent, and the excursions gave us a chance to see more of the area. I just wish that the staff, which was great, would be given more time off. They work 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week, for many months in a row. This is unhealthy and unethical and made it difficult for us to enjoy our trip as much as possible.

Very good for anything ;if you have a family,the cruise is your first choice

Overall it was a very nice experience. The excursions and the activities inside the ship is even good enough to keep us entertained. I would do it again in the near future. The crews are fantastic, friendly and above all they go above and beyond every time.

We are going to take this cruise again in 3 to 4 years.

Overall it was a very nice cruise. We enjoyed it very much. The weather was warm the whole time, and we only needed a light wind breaker on occasion, mainly Glacier Bay. Would definitely do this cruise again.

It was a nice cruise, having booked at the last minute, our cabin had an obstructed view, but at least it wasn't completely obstructed. The next time, we will book in time to get a cabin with a balcony or at least a non-obstructed view! With 3 dining rooms, and all the other places to eat, getting a table at anytime dining was easy. Disembarkation was super organized and easy; perhaps the best we've ever experienced.

Great trip. Foreigners are super rude - jump in front if you , cut you off , guess normal for them cause they nearly all do it. Other than that all was well - shows were first class. Balcony room aaa worth it - saw bears , whales , otters, seals, etc

Everything was top-notch, we couldn't have been happier in hindsight. If I were forced to find a flaw, it might have been that the room we had was a bit small for a family of 4. But that was more a question of availability.

5 Stars does not make justice to the kind services from the staff and servers in all the departments of the ship. Everyone was so respectful, caring and friendly it was unbelievable. The views, excursions, and ports were all nice. It was a perfect vacation to disconnect and really enjoy. It was probably the beat vacations I have had.
