Review summary

Destination was beautiful. Overall good time but not without its issues and problems. The ship is showing her age and service was slow for medallion orders for food or drink. The ac in our cabin barely worked and it was so hot. Bought a fan to try and survive. Food was good and we love Hawaii. Would go again but on a different ship.

Staff was great but took a long time to get delivery with medallion order. Most the time soda was wrong flavor than what we ordered

Air conditioning was horrible. Never cool enough. Maintenance came once and said they cleaned it but that was all they could do. Our daughter was on a ceiling bunk and said she would never sleep on one again.

Did the waterfall excursion to Akaka falls. Bus driver rushed us so much there in order to go see a historical rock. If I wanted a rock tour I would have booked it. So disappointing he insisted we hurry that we would be glad we did. Hated it.

We were given the wrong embark time even though we had a princess transfer to the airport. When finally got help they told us just to go run off ship and try to get to a bus. Almost didn’t make our flight. So frustrating and stressful
