It was unfortunate but the food and entertainment was not up to the standards we saw on Regal Princess, but that was 2019. I ordered the duck a la’oroange once and it was so tough I could not cut it. I did not say anything to the waiter as he was so very nice , Vadek:) the danish all had the same taste, bland. The scrambled eggs were the fake fluffy wet ones even in the dining room breakfast.
The wait staff were all so very nice.

With the exception of Dana Monique and the Comedian, the production shows were very simple. Good singing and dancing but the dark, magic production with Houdini death was a little too far in the dark arts for my taste.
I want to see something happy or moving or romantic or inspiring while on vacation.

Vadek in the Michelangelo dining room was great!!!
The pizza and ice cream servers were excellent any time of day!
The service at the market cafe (5th floor Piazza) was always meet with a sour face and usually she seemed over tasked even when only one person was at her counter. She seemed to not enjoy her job at all.

The room was clean and well kept and the beds were comfy:)
There are a few auto lights that come on and something as small as hangers moving will turn on the light. We covered the in room light with a towel to keep it from turning on multiple times during the night.
There were very few (maybe 2) personnel directing the guests so of course you had people walking up to the exit doors and filing (cutting) in the rather long line, bypassing the folks that had been waiting. It is soooo frustrating to follow the plan and to see this happen every time. There were velvet ropes right at the door by no one to put them in place.
