Except for the embarkation, the cruise was very well run. The trip itself was cold, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside. Ensenada was warm so we were able to enjoy the excursion.

Because our San Francisco large pier was taken, we had to embark at a small pier which cased a line to form about a quarter mile long which caused a lot of angst, especially those who were disabled, including myself.

All dining places were wonderful. The waiters were friendly and very efficient. We did have trouble with getting a seat in the steak house, telling us the dining room was booked, but when we went to the restaurant at dinner time, we were able to get in with several table choices.
Onboard Activities

As this was not our first cruise, we wanted to just enjoy the rest and relaxation that the ship offered. We did play Bingo but the rest of the time we found our favorite lounge and read and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Every service person we ran across gave us smiles and hellos. The waiters were very friendly and efficient.

We had no problems with cleanliness on board the ship. Even our room steward kept our room clean.

We loved our cabin’s placement on the ship. It was very quite and peaceful. It was always kept clean.

Pay attention to where you choose your cabin. Near noisy areas of the ship would leave you frustrated.
