Review summary

It was fun. Jessie (asst cruise director)was the best always so helpful and kind. She was on my 1st cruise aboard the Emerald princess and was pleased she was on this cruise as well.

It was fine. They could not find my room key and had to wait and hold up the people I was cruising with waiting for my key.

Dinning room food was excellent. Buffett was okay. No speciality dinning.

Very clean and nice. Coffee shop was great but staff there were rude.

Al and Clara were amazing. The food was delicious and the Cream Brulee was out of this world.

Our room steward James was amazing. Our dinning room waiters Al and Clara were amazing. The rest of the staff in the Buffet were mostly rude. The Captain whom I met was extremely rude. Acted like I was bothering him.
