Review summary

It would be great if more information as to navigating the ship was provided to first-timers, ie where the dis-embarkment exists are and how to get there especially the handicapped ramps. How to get to dinning rooms, what elevators to take. Getting to the Botticelli Dinning room was very confussing

Odd, did they not give you a cross section of the ship to help you navigate the ship?

And also the person who is your stewardess the one that cleans your room every day they're wonderful about knowledge of the whole boat.

Did you not review the ship deck plans before you went? Princess provides deck plans of every ship. You can immediately locate your cabin by entering the room number. You’ll find the nearest stairs and elevators. The deck plans show all the public rooms, a list of the public rooms. You can then look them up to find out what they are. They also provide an accessible pdf of each ship that shows all the accessible corridors. It’s all on the website.

Usually they will have tips on their website for first time cruisers. Also, all ships are not the same. We usually try to board early so we can explore the ship before the muster. Have a better 2nd cruise.
