Review summary

Overall the cruise was nice except we were very surprise of the service we received from waiters at the cafeteria and the dining room. Very unfriendly group of people with the exception of Mikal who was a waiter at the stake house. He was very nice and helpfull.

Overall we were very surprised about the level of service we received from the staff. Almost all were very unfriendly. When we tried to ask a question the answer was very short and quick and the impression was that they don't want to talk to us. With the exception of the person who was taking care of our room and the waiter at the stake house who's name was Mikal. First we though maybe we're expecting too much but then when we had a chance to talk to other guests, we found out that we are not along they too had the same disappointment.

It was nice and clean. The person taking care of the cabin was very nice and always answered our questions with a smile.

Ship tip

The second dinner sitting was too late. I wish there is a way to change that. We asked to change to Michaelangelo anytime sitting and was told it was impossible because it was full already.
