Review summary
love the staff on the ship. All were very friendly and helpful.Ramesh took care of our stateroom and was fabulous,We were taken care of by Neil and Jason in the Botachelli dining room, they were the best..we couldnt have been taken better care of. Always fun activities to do on the ship.we enjoyed the trivia,my wife did some gambling and commented how great the casino staff was.The many options for meals and food were exceptional.Beautiful ship, great accomodations. the only issue we had were that smoking was allowed in the casino in a room where the door was closed.when the smokers left the room the door was opened and left open and the cigarette smoke travelled around. We had a stateroom 2 decks up from the casino and often times we had the smoke around the stairs and elevator in that area.It was very unpleasant to say the least. We also wished that the wifi were alot more affordable if not free of charge. We I would however recommend this cruise and princess to family and frends, and in the future will use Princess for further cruises,it was our second cruise with Princess and we were happy with both.

Ship tip
Ask to be seated with Neil and Jayson in the Botachelli dining room. They have very good people skills and seem to really enjoy what they are doing.
