Review summary

An excellent 7 day adventure. Had an aft balcony, the best steward and the service was top-notch as usual with Princess. Stayed the night before at the Best Western up the street from the cruise terminal. Uber to/from LAX was $34 each way. I highly recommend Uber for your transfers.

This is a standard balcony cabin but the difference is in the balcony. It is about twice the size of a standard balcony. If you enjoy the ship's movements, you'll love this location. You will feel the vibration of the ship's engines while enjoying the pitching and rolling that an aft cabin provides. The views simply con not be beat, nearly a 270 deg. view. And if you like to hike, you are in for a treat- EVERYTHING is forward.
