Old ship, expire food, my cabin always smell so bad :/ very rude people at the restaurant Da vinci never again with ruby princess. Only a few people very professional alfredo from mexico and alexa from rusia are the best

I am often amazed when I see such negative comments. We had the opposite experience. We have cruised with several different cruise lines. All were good, but we like Princess the best. Sooo, we just scheduled our 5th trip with Princess. We find that most fellow passengers are happy and content. When someone has that many complaints, I would guess that not much would satisfy them. We prefer to cruise with the "happy campers"!!😀
