Review summary
The Cruise was amazing, but the land tour portion was awful. The fire at Denali started a waterfall of issues for all of us on land, but I can handle unforeseen disasters. The food options were limited and terrible. I’ve done Princess land tours before and my expectations were very high, this fell way short. The lodges were uncomfortable and felt out of date, the staff couldn’t answer simple questions, and then they were too overwhelmed with irate customers displaced from the fire to help anyone. I might cruise Alaska again, but I will not sign up for the land tour.Embarkation
