Review summary

The best part of the cruise was the dining halls and drink package! The excursions were good but not enough time !

The service by our cabin steward Gary from the Philippines was excellent but he had no pull in helping us deal with issues in our room.

took two days to fix the a/c in our room. there many people who passed the buck and made for very uncomfortable first few days. the biggest issue on this cruise was that you never get the same answer to a question twice ... very frustrating! our cabin steward GARY from the Philippines was EXCELLENT! He was the rare exception when it came to service

The service by the cabin steward Gary was excellent! The bed was very comfortable but we had several issues with the room including 3 days with no A/C that forced us to have to move rooms to a downgraded room that Princess refuses to compensate or has yet to return emails or phone calls to discuss the matter. Customer Service is NOT Princess's strong point or even an interest for the company. They should be ashamed of themselves for they way they treated us and several other families on the cruise. After all, if we did not sail the cruise line would there be a Princess cruise line ?

Ship tip

Sail a different cruise line if you expect quality customer service! Returned on December 20, 2016..... have yet to hear back from customer service after several phone calls which they would not connect you to somebody but insisted you email. Several emails sent and still no reponse!
