Good overall. We liked the ports that were full days.

Overall, I was disappointed in the level of service from Holland America. I would have expected exceptionally service from everyone on Holland; what I thought was more of a high-end cruise line. I was wrong! Due to this experience on Holland America, I will not be a repeat customer of Holland, nor would I recommend Holland to friends or family.

Great cruise overall and we felt we got good value for money. We visited a lot of ports so really enjoyed the itinerary. The room was lovely and very comfortable and staff on the ship were excellent. The only real issue we had was the dining room as it was almost impossible to get in, had few options nd felt rushed.. We also had Covid when we disembarked which was a bummer. There were plenty of sanitizing stations and hand washing basins around the ship but nobody advising people to use them unlike other ships. We did use them regularly but still ended up with Covid. Overall a great time was had and we would do it again.

4 at sea days with not much to do other than trivia, the pool and the spa. The spa took too much of “me time” to push their products. Never went back because of that. Shops on board were mediocre at best unless you were looking for a high end handbag. Effy totally dominated the 2nd deck shopping and way overpriced. I worked in the jewelry industry (not retail) so I know what items are worth. Sales personnel wouldn’t come anywhere near to the item’s value

This was a wonderful cruise in celebration of my 70th birthday and also a nod to thankfulness for a so far successful battle against cancer. The cruise was relaxing and fun, and the excursions were interesting and entertaining. There were no excruciatingly long bus rides (as with other cruises) to get to excursions--most were accessed within 30 minutes or less. The staff of the Rotterdam was great.

Perfect relaxing vacation with a variety of activities

The shop was new. The cabin was nice and the amazing and cleaning crew was outstanding.there was a lot of entertainment in the evening but mainly designed for older audience. We are in our 30s and didn’t belong in the music genre. The food was awesome and lots of different choices. The pool was clean and never crowded. We had hot tub to ourself almost every day . I hope in the future there is more entertainment for younger folks.

I named this cruise, an eventful one because we had to hide out from hurricane Nicole near the coast of Cuba. During that, we picked up 14 migrants on a sinking makeshift craft and had the US Coast Guard retrieve them. After our first stop at Ft. Lauderdale, two critically Ill passengers had to be dropped of at Grand Turk, due to all if this we missed two ports. There was an emergency need for a blood donor on board. However, with all of this, the Captain and the entire crew managed to roll with the punches and created an enjoyable cruise for us. We were very impressed!

The Rotterdam is a beautiful ship, and the fjords of Norway are visually overwhelming. The crew and service staff were outstanding.

Very nice. Most entertainment was repeated first week to second week so that was a little disappointing. Overall a very good experience. Spa was great!

The Rotterdam ship is comfortable with a reasonable number of guests, and a well-trained and delightful crew. We felt pampered, cared for, and well fed. The cruise ports and itinerary offer some beautiful sights of fjords.

It’s wonderful trip. Feel like at home. Impressed me working hard staff Very clean room. Enjoyed delicious food Hope the ship is bigger.

Overall, an amazing experience and well-worth doing!

The cruise was great. Would reccomend to anyone. Although advertised, very disappointed that we did not go to Bergen, Norway.

Can’t wait to take the cruise next year on the Rotterdam. This time we want to cruise to Bergen and all it has to offer.

Rotterdam is a beautiful new ship with lots of amenities and is very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the fresh flowers and art throughout the public areas. Norway is a beautiful country best experienced by boat!

This itinerary is not to be missed. The Norwegian fjords are spectacular to say the least. The ship is stunning and the perfect blend of traditional and modern.

Norway is absolutely beautiful. Rotterdam is a very clean and not too big ship. The food is excellent, the baked goods - breads, pastries, danishes are excellent!

it was a new ship, with many new things we did not know about; the interior is a matter of taste; some like it, some not; for us, it was not really cozy, but some really liked it; what we never experienced was the food an drink arrangement, like we had a drink package, but never could figure out, what's included, what's not, like Perrier was included, Pelegrino was not; figure that out! Even the waiter didn't know; many restaurants are for extra pay; I will never understand, why people are eating there for additional money, if they can get the same food free, but they for sure would know; the theater was very nice, with all the LCD screens, but the performances were only average; the Blues club did not play Blues, which was disappointing, since I like Blues; there were parties all over the place, but only for people with a 4 star rating and higher; we, with 3 stars were lower class; fine with me;
