is not the best company to work with and the agent Rob Terrell really could care less about you once he sells you a cruise. I have now left FIVE messages for him with NO response at all. Sad.

We couldn’t have had a more different experience. We loved the size of Rotterdam and the staff and food were terrific. We worked directly with HAL to make our booking and they were excellent.

Were you working with Holland America directly. We are getting ready to take our 2nd cruise with them. We go through the Auto Club to book. It is not our favorite line but we have no real complaints.
