Review summary

We loved this cruise. The focus on Central American ports and the southern Caribbean was excellent. The Mexican ports were not my favourite. The Panama Canal was extraordinary and on its own worth the cruise. The live music on board was fantastic - lots of options. Main stage performances were hit and miss but there was never any shortage of live entertainment on board. The service and food were particularly high quality this cruise, our sixth with HAL.

Xtra large verandah meant room for playing games, yoga and relaxation outside. Room was fine inside. There were three of us. The tv system is scheduled for updating- so it’s a bit out of date
