Give this smaller and older ships a chance! We had great time on this more intimate ship which still offers many great features! (like a sauna that is included in the price and great views of the ocean everywhere.)

Get to entertainment venues early. They fill up fast.

Select a room close to the middle of the stateroom hallways for better windo access and accessibility to to elevators. Although it’s a smaller ship there is still plenty of walking required!

It's been our experience on the last three cruises that to avoid the luggage frenzy after boarding the ship, just head up to the highest deck on the ship that's got a bar. Get yourself a cocktail and start decompressing while you wait for your state room to be ready and your luggage to arrive.

Enjoy the the trip and relax, but play sparingly in the casino

If you enjoy gambling and are a non-smoker, this might not be the ship for you. The slots I wanted to play were in the smoking section with smokers camped out at the machines not playing. Casino staff uninterested in the problem.

Smaller ship with the Buffet in bow of deck nine. If you are prone to motion problems, take your meals in the main dining room in the stern of the ship.

Solarium was nice to use on sea days when it was a little windy on main deck. Park Cafe has tasty cookies.drawback to the smaller ship is not any area to sit and read quietly . Centrum can get quite crowded in the evenings.

Remember that it is an older ship and you will be fine; also choose the option of reservations for the main dinning room.
