We had a wonderful time (first time cruisers) on our trip which also included another couple that are experienced cruisers.  Ship was easy to navigate.  Food was excellent.  Stateroom well taken care of twice a day. We even had ice delivered 2 times a day for wine we had delivered to our room and hadn't opened. All staff were very helpful and willing to assist us at any time.  We choose My Time Dining and had a wonderful waiter, assistant waiter and head waiter.  Maitre'd worked very hard to be sure we were seated promptly and that our table was ready. Service was always first rate and we were pleased that each night we received hot rolls from the oven to enjoy as we decided on our choice of meal. Good variety of choices.  We would recommend this cruise line and this ship to anyone.  Had a wonderful duo for entertainment called the Rosario Duo (violin and guitar) playing at various times in various places on the ship.  Truly amazing talent.  Wonderful choice for first cruise and will use Royal Caribbean lines again.  Highly recommend.

We loved it. We liked the three sea days so we relaxed.

The ship was very nice, like a fancy hotel on the water. The only change I would recommend would be to have a quiet place at night to play cards, I was with 7 people and it was hard to find a place. The food and restaurant service was excellent, our cabin cleaner was excellent, all staff was very helpful and friendly. GREAT customer service.

This is the second time I booked my cruise with aa.com/cruises and didn't not get any perks, no on board excursions or free bottle of wine or dining. Our room was cold even though we had the heat all the way up.

Second time on Rhapsody and the makeover in 2012 a great improvement.

This was my second cruise, and my husbands first. We learned quickly that you can do everything, or nothing and have a great time. We were spoiled by our room host, she made us feel welcomed each night with towel animals. We did the 8:00 dinning and were again spoiled by our waiter and his helper, to the point that they knew which rolls we wanted each night. There were no negatives on this cruise, the locations and the time spent were great. The ship was great, the staff were helpful and warm. We look forward to our next cruise. 

We enjoyed our excursions, and the tour guides were amazing! They each tell stories, such as what brought them to Alaska, and some share about the history. 

Very clean and great staff

I have always wanted to take an Alaskan cruise and I am so glad that I did it while I was able. You won't be sorry, the landscape is breathtaking, the wildlife is unbelievable.Normally I don't get a room with a balcony but with this cruise I did and I am so glad that I did. To sit on the balcony in the early hours and just be amazed at all of the untouched beauty this state has to offer is definitely worth it.

Clean ship, friendly staff! Atmosphere to relax in.

Rhapsody is our favorite ship! She is beautiful as well as has the old ship feel. If you love the ships as we do, you’d love Rhapsody! Smaller ship for sure but food is excellent in MDR and rooms were great! Loved the live music in centrum each evening and staff was wonderful!

All in all the cruise was OK. The dining room food was ex excellent the service was very good. The activites onboard should be changed around. They are the same as every cruise that we have been on. The same trivia same game shows. The only difference was the bands which we enjoyed. Another thing was the solarium area which should be adult only. I understand that in inclement weather children are allowed but the noise level should try to be enforced. We spent a lot of time in cabin to get away from the noise. Not acceptable at all and upset with the policy not being enforced. Next cruise may be on a different line.

Everything was clean and attractive. Most friendly crew I have encountered. A great trip with no problems.

We had an excellent trip on the Rhapsody of the Seas. The ship was clean, the service was great, and the entertainment was top notch! Royal Caribbean really knows how to make someone's vacation great. We would do this again!

Cabin 7152 on the aft has a very big balcony. We loved the Rhapsody unfortunately she no longer sails out of Australia. We have sailed on bigger ships since but have fond memories of the Rhapsody.

Captain informed us of any interesting sites (whales). Good ports of call with plenty of time for excursions and shopping.
