Review summary

I was very disappointed in the services with this ship. The managers in the main dining room were very unorganized, the servers were rude to us BECAUSE of the MDR managers. All we wanted was for our party of 8 was to sit together. At one point we asked to just be separated because it wasn't worth the hassle anymore. There are other complaints that need to be made but I will leave it at this.

It wasn't the best. The employees gave my fiance and I a hard time about our wine bottles. We were unable to take ours on the ship meanwhile our group of friends bought the same exact bottles and were able to take theirs on.

The food was great but the main dining room experience was HORRIBLE!! They managers lacked communication when it came to my group of 8. It was a struggle everyday. We ended up eating dinner at the windjammer because the main dining room was so messy.

Certainly right, I’m here right now and the main room staff are super un organized, i also wanted a table for 2 or 4 and no tables available, i will not sail on this ship again, some staff are rude and not helpful.
